As a staff team belong to the forum?

We know that several members would like to join the team at High Tech, but not everyone can participate, it must have some requirements if you want to join the team, see requirements below.
To belong to staff do not need to see a lot of knowledge:

1. Knowledge in moderation Forumotion forums;
   
2. Having a flawless Portuguese;
   
3. Having knowledge in IT
   Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point 2007 and 2003 or if you are designer must have knowledge in PhotoScape and Adobe PhotoShop (Knowledge not need these, only designer);
   
4. And interact with members;
   
5. Have experience some kind of code (CSS, JavaScript, HTML)
   

It takes all the above to know we have enough experience to belong to staff
